NEW OLD STOCK: This second edition in the series features the Tournament Players Club of Scottsdale's spectacular 15th. Located in Scottsdale, Arizona, the TPC of Scottsdale was designed by the well-known team of Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish. The Stadium course, which opened in 1986, is home to the PGA TOUR's Phoenix Open. Tournaments at the course are often won and lost on the final four-hole stretch, beginning with the 501-yard, par five 15th. This dramatic hole's infamous island green - complete with sizable bunker - stands as a true challenge to anyone daring enough to attempt reaching it in two strokes. A golfer's unenviable view across the water to the 15th green is beautifully rendered n the detailed center illustration of this collectible stein. To each side of the main visual are illustrations featuring the Scottsdale clubhouse and scenic view of the course, which is set n the shadow of the McDowell MOuntains and surrounded by the beautiful Sonoran Desert. The pewter lid is etched with the TPC of Tampa Bay logo and inset with ceramic inlay of the Michelob PGA Tour logo. The TPC of Scottsdale logo is also engraved on a 3" long pewter inset in the stein's handle - adding a truly unique touch. And the thumbrest is a carefully sculpted pewter golf ball. Handcrafted by Ceramarte of Brazil, this exquisite stein is perfect for both the serious golfer and the casual fan and of course, for any stein collector. The edition is limited up to only 10,000 steins. Each is individually numbered and includes a certificate of authenticity. 7 3/4" tall. THIS IS THE ERROR EDITION. ON THE SIDE IT SAYS TCP INSTEAD OF TPC. THIS VERSION IS VERY LIMITED.
