In the past when we have made an error in shipping a product, as in I shipped you the wrong thing, our policy has been to send out the correct item and either email or mail a postage paid return label. From this point forward, we will no longer send the correct item until the returned item shows up in the mail stream by its tracking number. Sadly, we have had a few cases of people keeping the correct item and the wrong item. I definitely try to be diligent when packing orders, but I am human, so I hate that my errors might have caused and unforeseen delay in anyone receiving their product, but we just cannot absorb the loss of the items. Sorry!
